Newport Beach in all its glory.
I never understand why more people aren't on the beach in Oregon.
Yes, it's usually windy and cold (even in August) but it's so beautiful.
We had an excellent time: we saw whales swimming out in the Pacific, OM swam for hours in the swimming pool, the weather was SUNNY, and nothing (not one thing) beats ocean air on your body for two days straight.
